The higher hillsides more suited to producing grapes for sparkling wines (hills around Trento, Brentonico plateau and Valle dei Laghi valley), at altitudes between 450 and 600 metres.
Ageing on the lees
Over 60 months.
Description
Creamy foam and persistent perlage. Golden colour with slight greenish tinges. Very refined, complex nose, with hints of honey, ripe apple and hazelnut. Full, elegant, and well-structured palate.
Matching with food
Ideal as an aperitif and to accompany all courses of a meal.
