Over 36 months.
Description
Fine, continuous perlage. Shiny straw yellow in colour with distinct goldish tinges. An intense, complex fragrance with hints of peaches and notes of white chocolate and sweet almond. The taste is elegant, with plenty of character and persistence. Excellent balance and brightness prolong the intense, rich flavour.
Matching with food
Excellent pairing with grilled fish, smoked fish, oysters and raw shellfish, risotto with smoked trout.
