Altemasi Trentodoc

Designed and built exclusively to produce Metodo Classico TRENTODOC and Metodo Charmat sparkling wines, the cellar is a single, high-tech, highly functional structure. It was built in 1993, on four levels: the lowest level underground is set aside for the ageing of TRENTODOC sparkling wines; all further processing is done on the floor above it: riddling and disgorging, while an adjacent area houses the pressurized tanks for the production of Charmat method sparkling wine. The bottling and packaging lines are located on the ground floor.
